I’ve been working with Patrick for 7 years now preparing for marathons and now triathlon. Besides being an inspiration with his own achievements, Patrick has helped me achieve each new goal I set. He is a great mentor, managing expectations as well as setbacks, and is always available for questions or to update the training plan when life gets in the way.
I've been working with Patrick since 2016. He is approachable and very knowledgeable. He helped me change my running form so that I no longer run with IT band or heel pains. His personalized coaching works with my hectic schedule perfectly. He has helped me to become faster by helping me train and race smarter! Because I continue to improve, I look forward to racing. My next race is IMKY and it will be my third IM in just over one year.
Patrick took me from being a spectator to a 70.3 world championship qualifier. Thanks to his coaching my fitness has exceeded my perceived limits time and time again. I’m starting year 5 under Patrick’s coaching in 2025. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the personalized, data-driven approach to my training plans. We have set a long term, sustainable plan in motion that incorporates different stimulus each year to ensure I’m improving as my training hours are limited with work and kids. Under Team PBC, I’ve won my first triathlon, qualified for Kona, qualified for my professional license and most recently produced the top M30-34 bike split at 7 of 8 races in 2024.
