Patrick Brady is a Professional Triathlete based in Madison, WI. He is a Cycling Coach and a Triathlon Coach who applies his own coaching philosophy to his training. Through years of hard work and consistency, matched with a data minded approach, he rose through the ranks from an average amateur to an elite amateur to professional.

I've been working with Patrick since 2016. He is approachable and very knowledgeable. He helped me change my running form so that I no longer run with IT band or heel pains. I’m starting year 5 under Patrick’s coaching in 2025. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the personalized, data-driven approach to my training plans. We have set a long term, sustainable plan in motion that incorporates different stimulus each year to ensure I’m improving as my training hours are limited with work and kids. Under Team PBC, I’ve won my first triathlon, qualified for Kona, qualified for my professional license and most recently produced the top M30-34 bike split at 7 of 8 races in 2024.
